Q. What If I’m on vacation or away from my phone?
A. You can have the operator contact up to three numbers before they act and call the authorities.

Q. Where can I go to get this installed?
A. Installation is so simple that it can be done at home, with common tools and in most cases in under an hour. Our guide will help you through basic installation or a live tech will help you when needed.

Q. Can a security camera be integrated into the MoD Secure™ device?
A. There are a whole host of new covert and visual deterrent type camera systems available that can be customized to specific needs.

Q. The MoD Secure™ is a foolproof system. What happens if they cut my battery supply?
A. There is no such thing as a foolproof security system. If a thief is eager enough, they will find a way. We have a back up battery system available that can power the unit for days to track it if it is stolen out right. Our goal is to make it so your investment is safe.

Q. Can I expect my insurance to go down with this system?
A. In most cases, in other industries that use this technology, there is a savings involved. Savings can amount to 30% of premiums or more. Call your insurance agent.

Q. What about a fire?
A. We are currently working on a fire detection device that will be incorporated into the basic service package.

Q. What else can this system do?
A. You name it! With Internet access you can get tons of info that you can use as you see fit. It can be set up to send out full reports on speed, location, “geo-boundaries”, maintenance alerts, tire pressure etc. Monitor multiple van franchises.

Q. What if I don’t have an alarm to tie into?
A. Not a problem, in fact you need this service more than anybody else.
